Terms & Conditions
By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of King and Snohomish County, WA, aged 18 or older. Employees of Black Forest Mushrooms, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Requirements: Participants must provide a valid email and phone number. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
- Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be randomly selected in March 2025. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be chosen.
- Prize Details: The winner will receive a Mushroom Garden Consultation valued at $500, which includes a 1-hour on-site visit from a Black Forest Mushrooms Mycology Ranger and a post-consultation recap with personalized recommendations.
- No Cash Value & Non-Transferable: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other services/products. It is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner only.
- Scheduling & Fulfillment: The consultation will be scheduled based on availability. Black Forest Mushrooms reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, emergencies, or availability conflicts).
- Liability Release: By participating, entrants waive all claims against Black Forest Mushrooms and its affiliates for any injuries, damages, or losses related to the contest or the consultation.
- Marketing Consent: By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails and special offers from Black Forest Mushrooms. Entrants may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Privacy Policy: Personal information collected will not be shared or sold to third parties and will only be used for contest administration and marketing communications from Black Forest Mushrooms.
- Modification & Termination: Black Forest Mushrooms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or legal requirements.
